Morning, 4.7 at 6:40 this am. Much happier today. I realised that yesterday's spike was due to the meal the night before in an extortionate London Hotel - had to supplement the miniscule fish with some dauphinoise potatoes. Should have gone hungry!! Lesson learnt.
