Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Good morning all, 5.3 this morning, I agree with Chris Thailand -, its nice to be able to write a bit more than just a number
 
Good Morning! 6.9 at 0600. I had a mug of coffee with cream, and just tested again at 0710, and it was 7.4!
I didn't eat much yesterday evening, so I can only assume it's down to liver dump.

Fbg 4.7 I love you 4s! 8hr insulin so have to take late and with a protein snack to avoid liver dump.
When I was ill I forgot one injection which I thought was brilliant as I have to take 15mins before food. I tried my best to do all injections but when you're ill you cannot be bothered to think never mind mess about with injs. I feel for type 1s. They miss and it can kill them mine just starts or makes complications worse.
I'm very lucky!
