Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

@eldergarth how are your fbg numbers? We miss you and the good wife. @tina_marie
hi Vicky ive not been feeling to good in the mornings and been feeling tired and worn out after work as still struggling along
my FBG have been from lows of 3's to mid 4's with the occational spikes into 6's and 7's .
I will be back posting again but have to many problems to deal with at minute but hopefully get some answers soon
and can get back to some normality again

Oh how exciting - I just read that I'm allow to state more than just the number! I'll be back on this thread - it's nice to be able to congratulate those folks who you see are improving.

Well done Mods for listening and changing - I do know you all have a tough job keeping us in check. And to think I nearly signed off for good after getting a rap on the knuckles!

I was 5.3 this morning and delighted with it!

Sending hugs to you both.
BTW excellent readings.

Happy Friday

4.5 today - so all is good

8.1 - now off for blood extraction for HbA1c and other checks prior to review. Should be interesting...

Hi all, 5.8 for me today up from yesterday probably the result of the stress with diabetic nurse yesterday, why do some of them not listen and try and understand. ?

6.6 at 8.30am after a 12 hr fast. The lowest reading yet, so happy. After a night of pain in joints (virus going round here) I thought it might have been higher.
Also my weight is down again Only a little bit, but another step nearer 9st, but I really want to be about 8 1/2 st. But it's all better than the nearly 11st at Christmas.

5.7 @ 6.30am
I'm surprised - I thought it would be higher, after a horrible night with really bad leg cramps.

Fbg 4.2 this morning. That's a miracle considering none sugar carbs, stress and lack of medications. Might have a knock on effect?
