5.1 today after a 5.9 yesterday. My son, bless him, gave me some cider for Father's Day, not thinking about the effect on my BG. I don't want to hurt his feelings so I've been drinking it anyway!!

22.6.16 - 8.8 FBG - a little better than recently. Good news is today is HB1ac blood test, now I can take extra medication.
