Went to tea with a friend and ate way too many carbs so last night was 10.4 .

This morning is 9.9 so at least it is going down?

I feel that I've really let myself down - again.

That was yesterday, today is today. Pick yourself up and start again You can get back on track I'm sure. As long as you don't do that every other day

Indeed @Serena51 It is coming down , well done bring it down. It is worth dropping the heavy carbs. Keep yourself right by checking the packet info.
