Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

8.0 - 4.7.16 - my FBG has been all over the place the past few days. Looked carefully on what I am up to, only reason I can think of is stress, got that at the moment, hugely.
 
Hello all, Busy morning. 4.8 for me @6:50 this am, after 5.6 at bedtime. (I'm blaming Carole King - Fish & Chips at Hyde Park yesterday!!! ) Got off lightly methinks!!

7.0 for me this morning.

Still high for me, but coming down after my ice cream excess on Friday.

Come and off load. It always makes me feel better. Good support on type 2 life and good morning threads.
 
5.4 this morning. Made sure I ate enough for dinner and no late night snacks, so a little improvement on fbs.

I got another 4.8, and some kind of back injury I will make sure I'll see a GP tomorrow.
