Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Between 6.5 to 7.2 in the mornings since last 2 months. See lots of you got good readings. Anyone, please advise how I can bring it down as my night readings are within normal range of 7~7.8 post meal.
