The wine, slowing things down?5.2 this morning which is the lowest for a long time. It doesn't make sense as yesterday was an end of term carb fest! Not only did I eat a tonne of chocolatey, cakey things baked and given by children (felt it was rude to decline!) but also was out in the evening eating chips, breadcrumbed cheese and fish, and drinking wine. Quite a lot of wine!!How come my BS levels were so good following that lot?!

You go, @PenfoldAPD ! If you're going to misbehave, celebration cake and champagne is the way to go! Enjoy...6.8, but after an evening of misbehaving that is fine. Celebration cake and champagne later - expecting to go high but just going with the flow ... I know I'll be back in the 5s post this weekend
