Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

6.1 for me. Think stressful day yesterday has pushed me back up. Must relax!
 
4.3 @ 07:05 (Contour XT), 4.7 @ 7.05 (WaveSense Jazz)
 
10.3 here. Have the diet licked, but defo need to up the exercise as getting a little peeved at the high readings!

 
A few days offline - and a bit more relaxed about food while away. Recorded 6.1 today so very happy - especially as I had half a pistachio macaron yesterday, haven't had one since diagnosis and back then I could easily eat two
 
I won't be bullied and enjoying the blocked facility on a fbg 3.3 this morning.
No hypo symptoms as on bisoprolol.

I won't be leaving this thread as I enjoy seeing so many fellow testers. I enjoy when they enjoy and I cry when they do. Of topic subjects I will ignore, sorry.
 
Good Morning! A bit higher than usual at 6.8 at 0530 today.
I think it's because I didn't walk yesterday as it was raining most of the day. Still I'm happy with anything under 7.
