Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

Morning All

5.1 for me today.

Missing the 4s I was getting on holiday and I really can't explain it.....
 
I'm 7.2 this morning. Have bronchitis which set off my asthma. Spent most of yesterday in A&E on a nebuliser. Now on steroids and feeling rough xxx
 
4.7 for me today at 8:00 am

Waking up later than usual. Rainy days are back here. So i better be walking now soon, before it is pouring.

Morning everyone back up to 9.9 this morning, that is pay back for having a tablespoon of rice on my dinner last night, don't seem to be able to tolerate any carbs ATM.
 
6.4. Constantly awoken last night by kids playing tag to disturb me for one thing or another! Feeling shattered....

I'm pretty much the same!
 
Fbg 3.0 up and eating chilled fresh crab for breakfast. Yummy. My favourite, better than any cream cake or chocolate.
