A surprising fbg of 5.7 even thou I had white bread. Insulin must be processing it. Lower protein but still in pain. I'll keep at it. Pain free on higher fbgs I'd trade anyday. Hopefully I won't have to.

12.3, I'm following low carb....it's getting worse although during the day it's at normal levels.....any advice please?
