"leaning is life long" is the cliche, and that really does apply to Diabetes!

Once again was 14 going to bed. 9.3 st 650am. I'm off for bloods on Monday and clinic on Wednesday. Hopefully they can help me get to grips with this new development

5.4 for me today.

Deano - the fasting level - first thing in the morning is always the last to come down.

Don't be surprised if it takes two or three months for it to start being consistently OK.
