Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

5/11 - Morning.

9.2 - :***: (had a very stressful all day yesterday)
 
7.7 this morning (probably the chips last night and the sniffles now) .... oh and the dawn thing as I was up late.

Have a good weekend all ...
 
Good Morning Everyone on this glorious summer's day! lol It's now the third day of the change to morning Lantus and 6.8.(still within range) Hopefully it will go down shortly without the need to increase the dosage (currently 6 units)

5.1 this morning after some serious power walking yesterday. Legs a bit stiff today.

5.6 for me today.

Got my annual review with the DN coming up next week so had the Hba1c done in advance.

Came back at 33 which should get me the odd brownie point...

All the very best for your HB1ac result. Taking care of kids cannot be easy for someone with diabetes. You are doing wonderful ickihun.

Yes, I believe apple is the culprit. Maybe have half instead of one apple with some nuts or peanut butter. LOL.
