8.2 but I did go out last night and drank very moderately, 8 units is all. This was after a good long walk yesterday evening so It looks like my BG is going to punish me for a few more days Doesn't look good for new years eve Going to have to think about that one

6.2 at 5:15am.

I have got my 60 day average down to 6.36, and my 90 day down to 6.47.

Next target is into the 5.00 mmols for both.

A bit low to start a Fasting Day, but I will see how it goes.
