Type 2s: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning? (very low chat level)

4.6 this morning. Still snowing and minus twenty degrees centigrade outside with windchill. brrrrrr...... envy those in warmer countries.
 
Good Morning from a cloudy but warm Thailand! A surprisingly low for me of 5.1 at 0800 today.
That is despite TWO mangoes on the beach, and a pork curry with sticky rice last night. The five glasses of red wine might have confused my liver!
