yesterday : fitness 1200 calories , 140 grams of carbs and 125 grams of protein , much better blood glucose than I did expect, 2 nights fantastic sleep in a row with no medications

Longer fbg is 7.2 on lower insulin and maybe 1 too many eggs for a liver block.
Please let my lower result be my official fbg this morning. Ha ha

7.4 up from 6.9 yesterday, 0.5 increase nawt really got my HbA1c tomorrow morning and although it wont make a stack of difference I'd still like it to be lower in the morning just cos I want to feel optimistic about the thing
