Seems ever so long ago that I got up late ... 5.3 though. Doesn't seem to matter what time I get up, it's the point of testing in my routine that makes most difference

Jay1Jay1, I just did a 2 hour after and it was 5.4, don't know if it's the no carbs or the meds but got a thirst and peeing regularly , is that normal in the first few days?See told you , you could do it keep it up JJ

That's good sounds life like they could be working cause of my genetic disorder I can't take metformin or any of the tablets so its good old insulin for me. Glad your doing well.Hi loulou
Metformin 500mg once a day and gliclaside 40mg x2 per day , my BS seems pretty regular now it's between 5.1-5.4.
