Had a lie in this morning after late night out last night a Anities birthday.
4.0 this morning and headache from low bs cause bozze doesn't agree with me, its not that

Good morning - 5.7 - a new low for me!

Having become an avid label reader while supermarket shopping I have noticed that Asda's "Chosen by you" peanut butter has 2 different carb readings for their smooth (10.8g/100g) & crunchy (4.6g/100g). I always thought that curious.
That's a good one for the crunchy. Lidl's own brand peanut butter is the other way round with smooth being lower. By far my preference is Sunpat no added sugar crunchy or smooth when it's on special offer otherwise I'll suffer the couple of extra carbs in Sainsbury's basic range at 64p per tub.

Nuts!

It's a conspiracy. This is going to be bigger than the horse meat scandal.

Watch this space.......as exposed by us!

Looks like it's all coming together nicely.

Morning all
bit later today as I stayed in bed, got a dodgy tummy
6.4 at 9.35am so a little up but still good, i normally go alot higher when feeling poorly !!

Morning troops

4.4 fasting. There's a Diabetes UK meeting in Folkestone tonight with a guest speaker who is a 'specialist diabetes dietician'. Might go along to get to the bottom of this nut conspiracy.
