5.1 for me also despite having a takeaway curry. Mind you, I only put half what I ordered on my plate and I only ate half of that.

6.5 mmol / L this morning.
5.4 mmol / L at bed time.

Weird sleep which started after midnight. No bed time food. Test this morning around the time my dawn phenomenon occurs.

Better in the 6s than 7s but, would prefer to be in the 5s.

See how I go today and what tomorrow brings.
