thank you on what a stone is , ill write that down so i know , went to Dr.Google printed the converson chart : usa standard to metric units & metric units to usa standard.
I really would forget about stones.... and stick to pounds.... 1kg = 2.2 lbs..... a bag of sugar...
Stones are set to confuse coz there are 14 lbs to a stone and yet 16 oz to a pound....
Metric is the one true system.
1 litre of water weighs 1 kilo... more or less.

Thursday at 6.15am 4..2mmol/L. Cold this morning, but beautifully sunny by lunchtime. Great walking weather. Swimming this afternoon.

Baruney from your figures,
if 6g=13.2 lbs. then 6kg = ( 13.2 x 1000 ) =1320.0 lbs.
Lots to be said for decimals. And typos are worse than celery!

5.1 again on this sunny morning. Off for my morning 3 mile walk and then down to Reading on my bike via the Humber Bridge.

4.2 am
had a very small dish of rasps, sour cream and pecans after a 90 min bath last night....
Morning to you all.

Files and rasps I have heard of, but most definately not as a food. Could you tell me what are your type of 'rasps". Maybe short for raspberries?
