Morning troops

6.8 fasting. Self inflicted carb fest at alzebra's virtual party last night. Know I said back to the straight and narrow yesterday but mean it today.

Have a good one.
I'm loving the idea of a virtual party.... but it could be the Road To Hell.... good to hear it was yesterday, though sad I missed it.. cheers to @Alzebra

I'm so sorry @Baruney , feel like I led you astray :smug: I like the idea of virtual party nights!

We are sorry to say that Baruney is unable to get your message, he has been tried and found guilty of carbohydrate cheating. Consequently he is being held in "Virtual Detention " until he can find ways control his carbohydrate addiction.

Note, seeing that the accused is still very young ,his detention period will not be long. We recognise that its far easier for the wrinklies to toe the line carb wise.

A surprising 6.7 this morning, higher than it's been for a while. Last night I went to bed with 5.8 - could it be that the roasted squash (not a lot of it, but felt starchy) had some after-effects?

As someone who grew up on lots of oven baked squash, I can tell it to be a sweeeet treat, so I might not be surprised for it to be the culprit:-)
