Hello everyone, glad to see you have all been behaving whilst I've been away. Had a wonderful holiday, the weather was very kind, and the cottage was just superb. Had a horrendous journey down there though. It should have taken us 3 hours from door to door. It took over 8 hours. The M6 was choked up most of the way between Preston and the M5 at Birmingham due to accidents and break downs due to the queues. My bedtime reading was 7.0 which I put down entirely to stress. It has NEVER been that high before, and I woke up next morning on 6.4. The following day I was back to normal by tea time, and have stayed on my usual averages all week.
Bedtime last night 5.2
This morning 5.3.
I was 5.8 - as I said the other day I hadn't been thinking about "the batch" of strips, got a new delivery today though, different batch number, this afternoon I was 5.8 old batch and 5.3 new ones!! So maybe I should have adjusted my recents? I had a few 5.1 day time and even 4.6's so they would be 4.6 and 4.1?? Going to use up remaining old ones doing comparison now out of curiosity!

That's two nights on the trot you've fallen from your wagon. That's not a telling off, but why would that happen? Are you not eating enough for your evening meal? And why a prawn sandwich?
If it's going to become a habit, maybe you have to plan a snack in that would be more in line with your objective?

An early night beckons before an early start tomorrow. Curious to see the fasting reading tomorrow.
