4.4 after dinner last night so had a snack at 12 to avoid LD but could not slp till 5.
5.1 fasting

3.8 for me this morning. I seem to be going through a phase in the lower half of my range. That's fine.

Today will be mainly a bit of cooking, and a bit of Ryder Cup, on tv. I should do the lawns, but they can wait until tomorrow, as the weather is forecast to be fine, and the Ryder Cup will have finished. It's funny how I still seem to associate Sundays with domestics and garden jobs, even when work is not featuring during the week days. Some habits die harder than others!!

Play nicely boys and girls.

6.2 this moring. Another late night, but much more reserved on the snacks than the previous night. Big glass of spicy Clamato and some of suppers leftovers. This morning rolled over a couple times and fell in and out of sleep. Normal wake up for me on the weekdays is 5:45. Today it was 9:30. Pretty sure that this morning there is a liver dump in the mix.

Famished this morning. Have 4 strips of bacon in the pan right now, big mug of coffee and once the bacon is done, gong to make some sunny side eggs.

4.9 first day back at work after holiday hell. Dreading it, I really need that lotto win so I can retire!!

4.9 at 6am!! I spent all day in the 5's again yesterday and had 4.5 pre dinner, had gone to bed on 5.3
Finally, I have my three days off after many weeks of 6 day weeks- today is all about housework and sorting out clothes......charity bag collected tomorrow conveniently !!

Excellent, Kimbo.

It looks like you'll be joining the little numbers club. :D The only thing I will say is that provided you feel fine when it happens, don't be freaked out by a number starting in 3. For many of us T2s, it's just a number and shouldn't bring any alarm bells with it. If you do feel empty, just have some tea, with milk, for a gentle lift.

Enjoy your clear out. Mainly I enjoyed that part, but I did have a couple of sad moments as I bagged up some things with very happy memories. I have a load of stuff ready for eBay (better clothes, coats and so on), when the weather is a bit cooler.

Thank you And Breathe!! Loved seeing the 5's when they started.....then really loved the 4's - can't wait to see a 3 now, won't freak me at all (gp did say not to go lower than 4 as a comment on my falling numbers) I had a 4.2 the other day and it made my codefree beep so I must look at what I set the low level warning at. Yes, I have bits that are ebay bound too as too good still so. With you on that one! Years ago I had to clear out loads of items after a very low cal diet but I didn't feel as I do now, I was tired, washed out etc - certainly not with lchf!!

Another 3.9 for me today.

Today's activity for me will be mainly the lawns and garden centre. I didn't get to the garden centre over the weekend, which is quite fortunate really, as my OH asked me yesterday to order some stuff for his daughter when I go. Isn't that some sort of serendipidipdipdipity? Now, I know what I'm going for, but what will I come back with !??!??

Play nicely playmates. :)

8.2 this morning but I'm ok with the trade off of numbers after a 12 hour journey by road and sea yesterday to be with my daughter on her due date, and woken during the night with a message that she has gone into labour already! How often does that happen with a first baby? :) I was expecting at least a week of chill and relaxation in the beautiful holiday cottage we've hired for two weeks on a working farm, surrounded by beautiful countryside!

Now just waiting for news and suddenly numbers don't seem very important...

Not bad after my last couple of days.
Driving into London, sandwiches on the tube, a few chips, a pint of beer and bed after midnight, train at 7.00am, 4 or 5 miles walking, then another grabbed snack, an drive home later.
A decent dinner at home though, with a bottle of wine with the wife.
5.0 this morning.

4.9 before dinner
Had mashed veggies which included some potatoes peas beans carrot cauli and all boiled with 2 slices of wholemeal bread and 2 hours after it was 5.0 so I think I took it well considering it had a lot of veggies which were sweet and carb full
5.5 fasting

Did you test an hour after your meal? I have a roast dinner every Sunday including carrots, peas, roast spuds and gravy. My spike is always at 1 hour due to the quick release veggies. I'm back down again at 2 hours. Just a thought.

Ally, well done on all your numbers yesterday, they were excellent and we are all proud of you. You need to get your morning level down a bit now. I wonder what is causing it after a whole day of single figures? Do you have a snack in the evenings, and what do you have?
