Could do with running along the beautiful scenery depicted above. Silly question but how do you attach photos?

Hit the green 'upload a file' button below the reply box and browse for the file/photo you want to upload. For photos you should reduce the image size to no more than 800 pixels across the page otherwise it's too big (alternatively upload as thumbnail - you are given that option).

6.3 this morning.....the kids and I spent most of yesterday visiting my parents, so menu was't as friendly as it could be. Over all, think I'm done with the holiday food now......

Picture of my oldest checking out the bottom of the tree on Christmas Eve

It was 5.2, but after a bit of exercise, and a glass of mulled wine, it was 6.8.

Looks like a silent prayer that Santa will fill the empty space

Both kids were quite pleased with the results next morning. I feel that most parents strive to out do what they experienced as a child.
That's probably true....glad my kids, although doing same, don't do it on credit as some do - her partner, who works(worked) for City Link parcel delivery service found out they'd gone bust yesterday.....

Thanks for posting that. I didn't realize it was so easy.

My third day of high morning readings 6.5 to 6.8. I don't think it is my food as that hadn't been too bad. I am suffering from the worst cold I have had for several years, involving multiple wakings with coughing through the night.

GI GL counter by Winnie Chan, can get it on ebay for less than £4.small enough to carry around & full of info.

Colds and coughs etc do affect readings as your body is busy fighting the virus. Hope you get better soon.

Fingers crossed for some rescue intervention.

Hope you're feeling better soon
