Anyway, did 50 hard long driveway laps pre dinner and THEN immediately tested and got 7.2. Memo to self ... BAD idea you idiot. Did another three laps THEN waited 10 minutes, tested again and back to 5.6.

Just tested 6,1 fasting and 6,0 mmol after my 5,4km morning walk.



I don't care too much for these 6 numbers, but I guess given the time of the year they are not too bad.

Must try harder. Probably been having a few too many treats.

Not sure flying off to Dubai tomorrow for a five day sunshine break, will help my glycemic control much

Not that we have been too short of sunshine ourselves, it's a glorious day this morning after overnight showers. It should definitely be warmer there though.

Well i better get used to it before I move to Seattle . I often talk of envy when it comes to cold temps. Can't say I love a cold wind (in fact I hate it) but snow, rain and bitter still cold doesn't bother me at all.

Gimme a fleece lined Aussie bushman shirt, a thick pure woollen jumper, a rug when I feel lazy, some ugg boots and I'm one happy guy .... no heating required .... Minus 5? Luxury
