Happy New Year Mike, you will see 2015 well before most of us!

Welcome to the thread aka madhouse. Search for Dawn Phenomenon and liver dumps on.main site. Liver often "helps out" overnight if it deems your blood sugar has dropped too low. Does depend in what meds you are taking I believe but I'm not on any. Hope this helps. It IS the hardest part to control. A couple if posters in this thread have been experimenting wth evening exercise if you go back a few pages @miked7.6 this morning, don't know why it's so high in the mornings but it is always high.
That's strange as it isn't supposed to affect ANY meds being that it only interacts with biological "****" (excuse the word) in the body6.6 this morning after a rough night. Had asthma attack at 3 am and have struggled to get back to sleep:-(. Thanks for your lovely messages guys. @Stable Jan you did mention sterappease but asthma nurse says not to use it because of other meds i am on.
I am still looking around the living room for my liver, it has dumped itself..it not like my diabetic body no more (sniff) lolWelcome to the thread aka madhouse. No such thing as "duffer" in this thread. We're all learning all the time. It's just there's stuff you don't know yetGood morning... Do infections and colds, etc. affect your readings very much then? I have been in three different time zones in two weeks and my readings are higher in the mornings first thing, but, after meals pretty much the same... is that normal? I'm such a duffer at all this even though I keep researching it when I have time...
Hope you feel better soonrose again over night 9.4 today and throat still sore grrrr
Happy birthday Bluetit, it is my sister's and her daughter's birthday too. Rumour on the grapevine is it is your big 21st birthday-bash today lol...
