Bedtime 5.6
1.30am 5.8
Fasting 5.6
6.1 Bedtime
8.9 Fasting
Fasting bs have been in the 8's all week. Something isn't right
Do I trust my codfree, not sure
Bedtime was 6.7 that was at 20 to midnight.
7.6 at 6am
Then at 8.30 just before breakfast: 7.4. Not sure to trust that did it again, 6.8. And again. 6.6
So do I take an average, she says scratching her head.
Breakfast, no porridge this morning, its yogurt and blueberries, not sure if it will keep me going till lunchtime. Grey out this morning. Come on dog, lets get the old bones moving.
Happ Valentine's to one and all.
How much lower are you finding this new batch reads compared to batch 44?
Do you think there's a big difference in when the snowdrops appear between North and South?
I agree yogurt and any fruit is pudding NOT breakfast2hours later Codfree says, 6.5
Think it's back to porridge tomorrow, FAGE yoghurt, not for me. Yoghurt and berries is a pudding, not breakfast. Lol

Yes most definitely. Lancashire is around 3 weeks later than Windsor area. However Lancashire is so much nicer than Windsor and Eton.
Can't wait to see the reply to that one
Lol
Congrats, better than 10 !
Maybe you should move from Novomix to longer acting stuff like Humulin M3 which I am on....missed my calling as a DSN rofl

I wear my heart on my sleeve so no "the caring profession" is probably not for me lol. I am only kidding about your high readings and take my comments with a pinch of salt. Just want to see you right as rain as constant 9+ mmol/l readings are going to make you unwell. Give Humulin M3 a consideration as Novomix 30 only lasts for 6 hours as Humulin M3 is longer acting at 12 hours hence you are unlikely to wake up to high BGs. Take careYes, the nurse talked about that actually, but I wanted to see how I get on with this. DSN an alternative career for you for defo Eddie!
You and me seem to be matching each others fasting!
I hope that turns out alright for you. Feel better.5.9 this am I expected it to be higher as the Doctor stopped my metformin last night for a month he said as my iron levels low...he also refer me to have stomach checked in case a bleed inside.... needless to say I slept terrible ...worst night sleep i ever had grrr
Ahhhh, oh dear....Hi Susikav, I had some pecan nuts the night before, but to be honest, roundabout 9 seems to be my average. I've increased my evening insulin on the dsn advice, but this morning it's 9.8 :-(
I agree with you and only use yoghurt for smoothies... berries and cream is nice...2hours later Codfree says, 6.5
