Type 2's: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning?

just did a 1 hr test after breakfast because I can feel my BS are rising and its 10.2!! Breakfast was a frittata with mushrooms, onion, garlic cheese, tomato and peppers.

Just no rhyme or reason with this thing of ours at times is there kezza?!
 
A nice 5.3 this morning, catch 44 gave me bed of 5.9 which I knew was out and fasting proves it as I never decrease in the night!
Just had breakfast and now need to up my water as it's bloods at 10.40am......

Before breakfast 7.4

Confession time, I had 2 pancakes last night, I was only going to have one.
I just made them the way I always have, no special flour. Had with a nice squeeze of fresh lemon.
Boy they were goooood.
Will try extra hard today.

I am trying to be good, (part from having 2 pancakes for dinner last night ).
I am trying to do the lchf. How long before you have noticed you bs coming down?

Similar to what happened to me yesterday and I was still 6.2 before lunch. I got back to normal later on. No rhyme or reason, but something odd was going on in my body. Seems OK now though.
 
5.1 that's better. Not aiming for 4s but been getting higher 5s lately. Nothing over 5.8 all day yesterday tho
 
Snap! I was 5.1 too. A bit happier than yesterdays 5.5, but prefer my magic 4.9.

Onwards and er, well downwards I suppose!
