More good news; I'm now under 12 stone for the first time in probably 30-odd years! 11 stone 13 3/4lbs this morning. The weight loss rate is slowing definitely, one and a half pounds in 5 days but still progressing. My target for next Sunday is another 2lbs off.
Woohoogreat news.... Hopefully mine will be,as good next week.....I'd gone under 13st 2 weeks ago to 12:12. But nut butter munchies put 6lbs on in a week!! Thankfully dropped again this week but still nudging over 13 stones..
was there a comma missing after carbs or are you eating carbs in your dreams? I'm feeling like the latter.....6.2 this morning with a 5.3 bedtime reading. I really must stop eating carbs in my dreams !
