Type 2's: What was your fasting blood glucose in a morning?

My morning readings are between 9 and 12 and I consider that normal as its the lowest all day. seems that the medical staff dont want to talk about it. Doctors have only 10 min with each patient, not long enough to really discus any thing in depth.

You need to aim for below 8 if possible.
 
And here in Wales we prefer our sheep
I live in Wales.
The hills are dotted with sheep.
They more or less look after themselves.
They eat rough pasture.
I can't figure for the life of me how the meat can be so expensive!
 
6.9 a tad better than low 7's I suppose I love these little icon/ emotion whatever they are called thingies childish but fun

In a bit of a shock as the reading said 6.5!!!! Never had it so high. I ate really well yesterday and ran 4 miles. Going to give it a few minutes and then retest.

26 mins later it is 4.2. I can only assume it was the soap in the bathroom that I had used to wash my hands. First time I had used that as I usually use the soap in the kitchen.
