6.2 this morning. .........Someone has to take responsibility for my unacceptable fasting readings of late.
    ......."It's the Monkey's fault"
Started using my Accu-Chek Mobile a few days ago instead of the Aviva model. The reading seems a little higher, still the battle goes on.

Have a great weekend one and all.
    :)

Back down to a nice fasting 6.0 this morning, after another good night's sleep...

I feel as if I've got a built in glucose yo-yo...
    :D

This morning i used washing up liquid.
It may have been a rogue reading.
Just couldn't be bothered to retest, i'll just keep monitoring things.

    7.5 mmol / L this morning! :(
Went to bed late (early this morning) with a 7.2 mmol / L reading. Late get up too so that may explain it? May be it's my body repairing my inflamed tendon? Who knows?

At least they're not desperately bad readings. Hope it settles down soon.

4.1 this morning, went a little of the road this afternoon, had a sausage & cheese baguette with a few chips, went to 12.4 after 2 hrs back down to 5.0 after 5hrs, something must be working but won't be having that again.

    Have a great weekend.

Day19 ND. Last night 5.7. This morning, 5.1 ( I have no reason, or excuse ).

Last night I listened to some interviews on thediabetessummit.com and I am looking forward to seeing Joel Fuhrman MD discussing " An evidence-based approach to end Diabetes" today.
