Not particularly surprised at a 7.6 this morning as I had a lot of cheese and nuts yesterday; a combination of a family get together and wanting to finish off some things before I restart my diet today. I haven't done any real exercise since returning from Thailand last Friday either. On Thursday next week I'm travelling again so my diet will be just 10 days. I get back 5 days after that and will restart my diet with the aim of reaching 11 stone (currently about 12 stone). I will be depressed if at 11 stone my BG levels haven't noticeably improved as for me 11 stone is going to feel quite extreme.
Have I missed @Bluetit1802 the last couple of days? Hope all is good?

Hello. Nice to be missed. A few problems since the week before Xmas. Some being sorted and some not. One or two are work in progress. Symptoms and slide effects cross over so bit of a nightmare. Finished chemotherapy in August but still recovering and off work. Anyway off topic so sorry for that.@Nuthead

As much as is possible test before and 2hrs after your first bite, so you know the effects of food types and portion sizes on your BS.
