7.2 this morning.

Only just woken up so I have no idea what the weather is doing.

people who think nothing is wrong with you because they do not see blood or a plaster cast, i suffer with arthritis & use a zimmer & wheelchair but because they cant see anything wrong people assume nothing is wrong with you.

Great result for me and totally due to performing my second ever intermittent fast.

5.9 for me this morning, higher end of my range - I prefer lower end! Wakefull night and last day of my 6 day week so hopefully back to lower end after today. Didn't really eat enough yesterday either

5.4 this morning after 5.7 last night.... on holiday now, so routine will be going to pot....

Have not checked in for a while but 5.7 on Thursday and 5.3 this morning. Tried 3 times on Friday but no luck so gave up!
