Thank you once again for this - It helps me no end as I'm never quite as bad as I think I am... 6.3 yesterday and 6.1 today... hopefully it's going down..

6.3 yesterday and 6.1 today... Sinus infection slowly improving with the saline washes... not nice, but not as horrific as I thought it would be I have to say... I slept all night for the first time in a long time last night, and wonder if the sinuses have been the cause of my disturbed sleep and not my long-suffering husband - he takes the blame for everything usually, without complaint... bless...

6.1 when I went to bed, and 6.0 on waking at 6am. I used the meter that reads the highest (just in case its right). Thanks for all the advice yesterday.

What a lovely post... Well done that lady...

I can get frustrated when I wake up whezzy and tight chested at 4:30am and then can't get back to sleep even after taking meds. Going to ring asthma nurse later
Let us know how you are... is it just the spring that affects you or are you all year round? My son suffers when the catkins come and then haymaking time in August again mostly.... As he's got older is he improving though, and at 43 is much better than he was 10 years ago.... I hope you feel better later...

Can be all year round because of multiple allergies. Asthma has been classed as servre for 7years maybe starting new treatment in September when pollen count drops

Good Morning all

7.7 this morning, better number than yesterday so am happy.

Morning campers

7.4 fasting - whoops wrong side of the sevens for me. But because I test (note to DN- yes our self testing is a 'snap shot' and if we see something we like/don't we can do something about it rather than wait for an annual whatever blood test) I know I can bring this down.

I have been too conservative with my exercise this week; a bit too liberal with the wine; laboured to get my point across about the importance of testing to the dn (our surgery is having a meeting at the end of the month with proposal to blanket ban strips for t2s); ok with the greens so ready to go and get some nuts as Mr T would say!

Here we go then........testing, testing, one, two, three.

5.6 this morning after a bedtime of 5.8, usually other way round! Never went beyond 6.4 post meals yesterday, love lchf !

Good morning all. 6.6 from me this morning after a 5.6 bedtime reading.

I've now been given appointments for my first review after my diagnosis in mid-January. My blood test will be on April 28th and I'll get my results on 11th May.

5.8 this morning. Slightly unusual circumstances as am abroad staying at with friends for a few days and took the reading a couple of his street waking up and after a shower. But fasting test as only had a couple of coffees beforehand.
