6.7 this morning. Happy with that. Had a bowl of steamed veggies with butter about 10pm last night. Weird I know, but that's what I felt like chomping.

4.6 this morning....Very happy considering Ive had no help from Doc or DB nurse so far....So i must be doing something right :lol:

Well done,keep it up.6.7 for me,so I'm keeping a steady fasting score.Only 6.8 after a cheese omelet breakfast.

7.7 at 6 this morning, no idea how to gt it lower even with Met, any ideas?

If possible,lower carbs and more fat and protein.Increase exercise.These tips have worked for me.

I was 8.7 this morning i slept late, as i hadnt eaten since 9pm i didnt understand why it was so high,

Try not to stress too much about early morning readings - Dawn Phenomenon can take ages to settle. It took mine at least 12 months. If mine's higher than I like - 5.8 on Tuesday - I check mid-afternoon, well after lunch. That was 4.0 on Tuesday.

5.3 this morning - I'm being a bit more strict now (I had a couple of sandwiches at the weekend and a small loaf to finish. Yes, I know I could have frozen it! 8) ) and it's coming down nicely.

7.0 this morning ... had a couple of packets of crisps yesterday evening. That does it every time! Back on the wagon.

7.2 this morning ... I had a plate of bacon and egg at 11.30pm last night cos I was quite hungry for some reason. Only obvious carbs I had yesterday was about 6 crackers 3.5g each.
