I am not keen on the taste of the sugar free chocie much prefere the real thing. My O2 levels are dropping at night and my small airways are closing up could be obstructive airway problems linked to genetics. Docs are talking with specialist for the genetics in oxford.

6.3 average this morning .. Very long fast as we were out at cinema last night so early dinner.

A stable 4.4 this morning

<edit> forgot to mention it was 5.9 two hours after dinner last night.

4.7 this morning which I did not entirely believe, but I decided if I accept the higher results without retesting I am entitled to do the same with low readings.

Spot on 5 this morning - had gone to bed on 4.8, normally look for 5's but once again I had carried on re-arranging bedroom things and sorting clothes (still!!) Post dinner, so once again it seems @Mike D's theory is spot on!!
I have an exercise bike coming on Monday, been planning that for a while, and Monday is the first day of non meds so great timing!!
How did it go today? Do you feel any different? :) What an exciting day today for you....

5.1 this morning, my lowest for a while. Still feel cr*p but was up about half hour earlier than I have been.
You not feeling good? Must have missed something... I hope you feel better soon... I had 4.9 today, fasting.... Since my sinuses have cleared up a bit I am getting more sensible and less scary readings... everyone told me so... thank you chaps... :D

Thanks Loulou. Sinuses still heavy but thankfully still seem infection-free. Hope the choc doesn't spike when you test later. Still not tried any more of my sugarfree yet.
Ahhh, sinuses too... horrid... hope it stays uninfected... I read that the flu that's around is leaving people with infected sinuses so maybe we've had the flu... I had my jab in November so maybe that's why it wasn't so bad - only my poor fat face... :) I'm looking a lot more like myself now...

I wasn't too sure at first @Adelle0607 - but now seeing it as a positive! My last hba1c end of October was down to 38 and gp suggested in December trying without, I realised the other day it means I've really done well in just over 6 months since I started this journey!
Bravo... such good results... be proud of yourself... :)

Sinuses with me too. Not infected, just gunked a bit, but making my head ache most if the time. Never know if my other aches are my fibromyalgia or something else. Thanks :)
