Guys there are loads of free apps out there. It doesn't matter what phone you have. All the major ones are available on Apple and android. Have a look at mapm walk or mapmyrun for example. EdMon do, run keeper etc. They will log your walk/ run and show you route on a map in live time. They will also give you speed and pace and calories and you can set 5 hem to give you voice feedback say every 2 mines or half mile etc. They are also highly accurate. There is one in samsung called s-health I think it comes preinstalled with it
There should be something on iphone too but I am not aware of it, never used that
But to be honest I dont really find them correct, I normally measure the distance I walk on google maps, its a lot more accurate and I see how much time I walked that in to get an idea of the speed I walked that at.

Then you have calculators online where you can enter your age height weight etc and get how many calories you burnt.

Day38 (Friday) ND 6.2. After 1 hour swimming. Didn't do fasting today, blubber it!
Hope it clears up soon and you feel better.... good you're not vomiting - it's a horrid feeling...I have some stomach pain,not eating much but not sick.
Always good news.. The labs are warming your feet, you say? How nice... Unless you're the one doing the driving of course..I am glad to report the cottage weathered the winter well, apart from a few signs of mouse activity. The three labs(mine) and golden (a friend's) had such a good time. They slept like bricks on the way home and are now warming my feet as they sleep some more.
