I had part of my pancreas tail removed 20 years ago because of over production of Insulin.
The Specialist diagnosed it as INSULIMA.

Become diabetic since Jan 2015.
Now on 2 gliglicide per day.
80 mg before breakfast and 80 mg before dinner.

My fasting bg is around 7.
GP'S prescribed MET SL 500 mg before bed. Increased to 1000 mg. when it does not come down from 7.

Off 1000 mg 'cos my creating is slightly more than 100. Normal should not be above 80?

Worried 'cos FBG always around 7.

Can anyone comment or offer any advice?

I'm in constant pain, sickness, all the other problems that seem to come with a wrecked panc.
Im overweight i was told that 50% of wonky panc people are. I suffer from malabsorption, bones hurt, I'm 2 inches shorter than i was.
On the up side i woke up this morning and could get showered and dressed without having to get back into bed. The sun is out and Im alive
