Does anyone know exactly why diabetes affects the feet. Thank you
 
mainly circulation deteriorates over time with poor blood sugar control and feet are the furthest from the heart
 
Yes but over time why is everyone on my case all the time about my feet it's only been one and half yrs
 
mainly because it is a cumulative thing that sort of sneaks up on you -- no real symptoms for 4 or 7 or 18 years then all of a sudden one gets an ulcer and it just won't heal

because people care about you :)
I don't really know you but i would like to know you are looking after your feet -- it matters to me :)
 
Thanks for your reply really nice to have someone to talk to. Yes I get what your saying looking after me. F@@@ed off with it all not coping
 
i do understand @Tylers73 -- been doing it here for 43 years -- it isn't easy or a lot of fun sometimes :(

Just chat sometimes, no one really gets it unless your in it. Where do you live ?
