Does anyone know how many Mmols it raises your sugar level with one sweet. Hope that makes sense peeps

we normally work in units of 10 or 15 carbs fast acting to treat a hypo--the glucose tabs are maybe 2.5 or 3 or 4 per tablet
i don't use them sorry
