Hi - parent here .... wondering what is the best mobile app for my 20yr old son to monitor and record his glucose levels , food intake, exercise etc so that it can easily be seen by him and his professional team.

needs to be quick/ easy to fill in and easy to print out and/ or see quickly on laptop/PC .

need to see history/trends ie 1 month to a view - not just a day by day view as it's not possible to see the trends/ patterns.

Any tips etc to be aware of with apps welcome.

I use a Dario Smart Meter which is integrated with it's own smartphone app. Glucose readings can be inputted manually (without using the meter itself) and there are various ways to display the data.

Might be worth a try, it's free and is available on Google Play store and Apple store. Just search for "Dario".

Other than that, I don't use any other apps, I'm sure you'll get some good recommendations shortly though.
