Type1 diabetes and sugar free red bull

How are you sleeping? Could your blood sugar be too high or too low and disturbing you at night?
Have you had a blood test for things like anaemia and thyroid, etc, just to rule out any medical cause?
Apart from that, my only advuce is the obvious - eat well, keep your blood sugar in range, and get to bed at a reasonable time. Boring but it helps.
Edited to add that I often find a walk helps perk me up when I'm feeling tired.

I do have dips in the night when sleeping, sounds nasty but I sweat a lot and wake up several times a night also I'm on other medication that might be adding to me feeling like this tramadol 4 times a day lanzoprazol for acid and ramapril for kidneys I'm 32 and weigh 70 kg and 6 foot tall with an active job warehouse duties unloading lorries I just hate feeling lazy all the time just feels like I need a kick up the bottom!!! And thank you for your advice much appreciated !!!!

I broke my shoulder about 14 months ago -- and 1 of the pain medications they gave me was tramadol -- that turned me into a zombie pretty much -- it really made me drowsy - i only took it for about 4 weeks

Hi there himtoo I have been on this medication now for 3 years for pain in my stomach and feet this works great but without it I was having lots of time off sick from work and was close to losing my job since taking the combination of medication I have only been off two days in 3 years so that has helped but when I tried to stop taking them it was horrible feels like I have the flu and the pain becomes unbearable so kind of in a catch 22 situation... And thanks for your input
