No Insulin On Board;
breaststroke odd number lengths even numbers on back. last 2 lengths front crawl

starting sugar 5.4 - grabbed a couple of digestive biscuits 18g carbs.
7.8 - rightup arrow: 8 lengths
4.2 - directly downward arrow 16 lengths :O 23g carbs (couple jelly babies 2 digestives) waited 30-40ish mins til above 7 back in the water
10.7 - straight arrow - 32 Lengths.
5.4 straight across arrow been out the pool 45 mins approx

Todays swim Insulin On Board : started at
0 lengths 5.2Glucose 20g carbs. (couple plain biscuits couple jelly babies)
16 lengths 5.7Glucose
26 lengths 5.3Glucose 8g carbs
32 lengths 5.4
Hour and half after swim 3.9 finger prick 4.1 10g carbs. 45 mins after 5.2 lunch 35g carbs 2 units fast acting inusulin mowed grass strimmed edges knackered lol rest of day gonna soak up some sun nice blue skies really are being spoiled by by the awesome weather. Still a little chilly for 'wild swimming' for my liking but starting to think about it for the summer well a day at the beach at least

this time around libre appears to be reading lower by 1-2 units difference overall new one attached thursday afternoon. lots of way off readings surprised BG was only .2 out earlier :O

couple of other swims since last post went well. fingerprick prior swim 12.4 (went around hour after breakfast) 32 lengths + couple of digestives fingerprick when leaving 5.9 cgm thinking im 3.1 with a downward arrow :O think this time around like once before is dodgy. most other cgms have used over the last couple and half months been fairly accurate.

Finally managed to hit 1 mile! (64 lengths) with IOB.
4.4libre lunch, 1 unit for 52g carbs.

started swim 9.6 upright arrow at 24 lengths 8.2 straight arrow
extra 20g carbs whilst swimming as libre was whining with long break (50ish minutes at side of pool)

just had evening meal with 1 unit insulin 38g carbs .. just waiting to see if libre settles down with readings it read 3.3 with straight down arrow at start of dinner fingerprick check was 5.7. off out a wee walk in a bit last couple of days of the sunny weather got to make the most of it.

2:45 ish started swim just over hour after fiasp with loads of breaks (2 hours poolside total including breaks)
