Type2 for 12 years.

Dear mates
I'm type 2 diabetic and diagnosed since last 12 years, I take following medicines
Metaformin 1000 mg long release
Sitagliptin 20mg
Glimepride 4mg
My bsl is very high , fasting is 20
Plz help me how can I overcome this, try to cut carbs. Good advice would be appreciated
