Hi,
I've noticed that I can keep by blood glucose low by eating smaller meals. Also, it seems to be irrelevant if the meals are high carb, or low carb, or high protein, or disproportionately high in veggies, as long as the *amount* is small. So basically a normal meal (that non-diabetics would eat) is sufficient for maintaining a good blood sugar level, as long as it is half the portion. I don't find I am very hungry and i think the Metformin has helped me with that.
Any comments on this method would be appreciated.
Cheers
