Has anyone got any first hand knowledge or experience of the 30 day detox programs? I have had an interest in the Arizona one but have heard some unsavoury things although I have heard it definitely works. I have since found a UK 30 day detox that makes similar claims. I am undecided what do you know? Its about 6-7k in the uk and 11k dollars stateside. Its a massive commitment and lifestyle change.
