Ulcers.

can you only get ulcers on your legs, or can they appear on other places, i.e arms?
I fell off a bike 8 weeks ago and cut my elbow quite nastily. It keeps scabbing over, but when the scab comes off I have still got raw skin underneath, so its not healling, and it is so very sore! Could it be tuning into an ulcer? I am feeling that I should go and let the doctor look at it, but then gonna feel pretty stupid when he says its just a scratch!!!

Hi diane,

The elbow joint is constantly being used which makes it a difficult place for a sore to heal.
I suggest you do go and see your Dr. so that he can prescribe something for you to put on the sore.

Thank you. I do have an appointment on thursday with doctor, I guess I am worrying because its been there for so long now!
