This is very odd, and I'd really like to try to work out what is going wrong. So I'm going to ask some annoying questions in hope we can find out what is wrong with the forum.
You have two threads, am I right in guessing it's this thread you can't reply to?

There are two messages removed from this thread because, indeed, a spammer had replied to it.
But this shouldn't affect your ability to reply.

Are you using the forum app or your browser on a computer or your phone or tablet?
If possible, it would be helpful to our techies if you could post a screenshot of what happens when you try to post? If not possible, don't worry about it.
