When I click on "Like" or "Winner" and so on, nothing happens. Just in case this is the issue, I have enabled pop-ups on this site, but it makes no difference.

Windows 7, using Chrome Version 62.0.3202.62 (Official Build) (64-bit).
 
For some reason, after several days of being "broken" I can now "rate" forum posts again. I can tell, because when I hover over the icons, the cursor turns into a "hand." So no need for any further help. (If someone has actually done something to fix this: Many thanks!)
