Unused insulin pens

Hi,
I'm sure I've read about this before somewhere but not sure where.

I have some unused and unopened insulin pens, Levemir and NovoRapid. I took them on a trip abroad as spares but they have not been refrigerated for a couple of weeks. I will not be using them. Before I throw them away is there any way they can be reused? They are expiry 06/2017.
